Brendan has built his career around every facet of real estate. Over the years, he has developed multiple subdivisions, managed the construction of nearly 100 new manufactured homes, served as general contractor for new commercial buildings, and guided individuals and families as a trusted real estate agent.

Brendan is also deeply invested in his community. He served 2.5 years on the St. Albans Town Planning Commission and spent eight years on the Selectboard, including three as Chair, helping to shape thoughtful growth and development in the region.

Brendan lives in St. Albans with his high school sweetheart, Julie-Anne. Together, they’re raising two energetic boys, Elliot and Henry, and loving every minute of the adventure.
